§ 30.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 30.031 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 (Tex. Penal Code § 12.23).
   (C)   This section does not serve to limit any other remedies available to the jurisdiction in law or equity.
   (D)   Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provisions of §§ 30.045 through 30.052, irrespective of whether or not the verbiage of each section contains the specific language that the violation or failure to comply is unlawful and is an offense.  Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 30.045 through 30.052 or any of the provisions of a permit issued pursuant hereto, or who shall fail to comply with the terms hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, on conviction thereof, be fined in the sum not to exceed $200 and the violation of each separate provision thereof shall be considered a separate offense.
