(A) Any effluent disposal system within the city limits must comply with all appropriate sections of the City Code and the rules and regulations of the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation or successor agency, in particular the following provisions of the Lake Mary Land Development Code:
(1) Subdivision Regulations, § 155.33(B) Individual Waste Water Disposal Systems.
(B) The permittee shall ensure that all necessary information required by the City Land Development Code is presented to the city staff for review and complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
(C) Any effluent disposal system expanded or created within the city shall be governed by the provisions of §§ 35 through 44 of this appendix and the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation, or successor agency, and adhere to all local, state, and federal standards and guidelines heretofore or hereafter set forth.
