§ 156.16 TIME LIMIT ON APPROVAL.
   (A)   Following approval of the site plan, the applicant shall have one year, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate zoning district regulations, to commence construction on the site. Where actual construction has not begun within one year, or where substantial progress has not been made during any six-month period following commencement of construction, the site plan shall be re-evaluated by the appropriate bodies.
   (B)   An extension of one year shall be granted on request of the applicant where conditions have not changed during the first year so as to affect the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the city.
   (C)   Any extension of site plan approval granted pursuant to the provisions of division (B) of this section shall be specifically subject to and conditioned upon compliance by the applicant with any intervening amendments, between the date of original site plan approval and the date of application for extension, to Chapter 155 Appendix B (off-street parking, loading and unloading), Appendix C (stormwater management regulations) and Appendix I (sign regulations) and Chapter 157 (landscape and buffer regulations).
