§ 35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of §§ 35 through 44 of this appendix the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPROVED SITE. A site for effluent disposal approved and permitted by the Florida Department of Regulation, or successor agency, and the city.
   ASSIMILATIVE CAPACITY. The capacity of the soil-plant system to receive effluent without violating the requirements of the Department of Environmental Regulation, or successor agency, as outlined in the Florida Administrative Code Chapter 17.
   EFFLUENT. Treated wastewater flowing out of a treatment plant and suitable for land application by spray irrigation, according to the rules and regulations of the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation or successor agency.
   EFFLUENT DISPOSAL SYSTEM. Any facility designed or utilized for the release of effluent for land application by spray irrigation and approved by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation or successor agency.
   PERMITTEE. Any person to which a permit for an effluent disposal system is issued by the Department of Environmental Regulation, or successor agency, and by the city authorizing disposal within the city limits.
