§ 97.149 TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   The City Manager is hereby directed to take all actions necessary and appropriate to terminate any agreements to which the city is a party that are incompatible with this subchapter, as amended by §§ 97.145 through 97.148, and are regarding the use and operation of the Gorton Community Center.
   (B)   The agreements that shall be terminated include, but are not limited to:
      (1)   Agreement relating to the Gorton property, and any amendments thereto;
      (2)   Operating agreement for the property, and any amendments thereto; and
      (3)   Agreement relating to the payment of fees between the city and the Gorton Community Center Corporation; and any amendments thereto.
