§ 74.187 ILLEGAL USE.

(A) It shall be unlawful for anyone to use or display or give, sell or otherwise furnish to another a city motor vehicle license not lawfully issued to him or her for use upon a vehicle for which it was not issued.

(B) It shall be unlawful for anyone to knowingly falsify any application to obtain a city motor vehicle license.
