§ 74.109 VEHICLES TRANSPORTING FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS WHEN LIGHTS REQUIRED; MARKING WITH REFLECTORIZED PAINT; PLACARDING.
   No person shall operate upon the highways in the city any Second Division motor vehicle customarily used in cargo transportation of flammable liquids or explosives during the hours when lighted lamps are required under § 74.015, unless such vehicle is marked or placarded in reflectorized paint on each side and rear with the words “Flammable,” four inches high, except that any vehicle which is required to be placarded pursuant to “An Act to require labeling of equipment and facilities for the use, transportation, storage and manufacture of hazardous materials and to provide for a uniform response system to hazardous materials emergencies,” enacted by the 79th General Assembly, shall be placarded in accordance with the provisions of that Act.
