§ 74.029 OPERATION OF OSCILLATING, ROTATING OR FLASHING LIGHTS.

Oscillating, rotating or flashing lights located on top of police vehicles in this state shall be lighted whenever a police officer is in pursuit of a violator of a traffic law or regulation.
