When signs are properly erected giving notice thereof, no person shall drive or park a motor vehicle on or in the parking area adjoining the Forest Park Boat Ramp and the driveway leading thereto, commonly known as the “Boat Ramp Lot,” except when a valid boat launching or fishing permit is permanently displayed and affixed on the rear window.
