(A) Prohibition. When signs are properly erected in any area described in Ch. 78, Sch. V, hereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time.
(B) Exemption. When signs are properly erected in any area described in Ch. 78, Sch. I, hereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time in such area except when displaying a city motor vehicle license, a city-issued Forest Park Beach nonresident parking permit, a city-issued Forest Park resident parking permit or such other permit specifically authorized by the city.
