(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.999.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 71.052 shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Chapter 11 of this city code, regarding administrative hearings and fined no less than $100 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense and $300 for the third offense.
