§ 71.137 VEHICLES NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON SIDEWALKS OR SAFETY ZONES.
   No driver of a vehicle shall drive within any sidewalk area, except at a permanent or temporary driveway, nor at any time into or upon a portion of a roadway marked as a safety zone, except emergency vehicles or city vehicles or municipal snow plows in performance of official duties.
