§ 71.012 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF HIGHWAY SIGN OR MARKER.
   The city authorities, with reference to traffic control signs, signals or markers owned by the city is authorized to indicate the ownership of the signs, signals or markers on the back of such devices in letters not less than three-eighths inch or more than three-fourths inch in height, by use of a metal stamp, etching or other permanent means and, except for employees of the city, it is unlawful for any person to possess such sign, signal or marker so identified.
