(A) Other such obstructions in the parkway whose purpose is protecting the parkway, in existence at the time of passage of this chapter, including, but not limited to, railroad ties and steel curbing, shall be permitted to continue in existence.
(B) No additional installation of such obstructions, except as permitted by § 98.042, shall be allowed.
(C) When existing obstructions, other than those described in § 98.042 above, are removed or damaged more than 50%, they shall be deemed not in conformance with this section, and shall be permanently and completely removed.
