§ 98.042 DECORATIVE BOULDERS OR STONES.
   (A)   Property owners may place decorative boulders or stones on the public parkway for the purpose of preventing damage to the parkway subject to the issuance of a permit by the Director of Public Works.
   (B)   Such boulders, or stones shall be no less than eight inches in diameter, and shall be placed at least 18 inches from the roadway edge.
