Adoption of the Plumbing Code and its amendments in §§ 150.380 and 150.381 shall not be construed as preventing the enforcement of or repealing of the provision of any ordinance, regulation, standard, or code adopted by the city that is more restrictive than the provisions of the Plumbing Code as so amended (including without limitation §§ 150.382 through 150.386, 150.391 through 150.398, 150.400 and 150.401). In the event of any such conflict between the Plumbing Code and any other ordinances, regulation, standard, or code adopted by the city, the more restrictive provision (as determined by the Director of Community Development) shall apply.
