The city, pursuant to its home rule authority and the authority conferred under the Illinois Compiled Statutes, hereby adopts the Illinois State Plumbing Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 890 et seq. (hereinafter the “Plumbing Code”) as hereinafter amended. At least one copy of the Plumbing Code has been on file in the office of the City Clerk for a period of at least 30 days prior to April 6, 2015 and now is and remains on file in the office of the City Clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
