A. General: Any proposal for approval of a new subdivision in accordance with section 12-5-6 of this title shall be submitted as follows:
1. Application: An application for approval shall be completed.
2. Fee: A fee as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code shall be submitted.
3. Plat: A preliminary plat or plan in accordance with section 12-9-5 of this title shall be submitted.
4. Additional Fees: Additional fees in accordance with other provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village may be required.
B. Plan Review: The enforcement officer shall review plans for new subdivisions within a reasonable time from the submittal, and shall correspond with the applicant as necessary to effect changes toward compliance with this title. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
