Any person violating this chapter shall pay a fine of $40. If the fine is not paid within ten days of the violation date, the provisions of § 70.093 shall apply. Except for violations of § 72.03, each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such. A separate violation of § 72.03 shall be deemed to have occurred during each 12-hour period or fraction thereof that the violation is committed or permitted to continue.
