Any person, partnership, association, corporation or agent thereof who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each prohibited act, including each incomplete entry or false entry, shall be deemed a separate violation and shall be punishable accordingly. (Ord. 94, 6-2-1986; amd. 2004 Code)
