7.1.101: TITLE:

This chapter shall be known as the BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE OF KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO. (Ord. 538, 4-18-2019, eff. 4-29-2019)

7.1.102: AUTHORITY:

These regulations are authorized by article 12, section 2 of the Idaho Constitution, title 31, chapter 7, Idaho Code, and title 39, chapter 41, Idaho Code, all as may be amended or subsequently codified. (Ord. 538, 4-18-2019, eff. 4-29-2019)
