6.3.104: PENALTIES:

Any person failing to yield the right of way to any moving aircraft or any person who shall wilfully or negligently allow an animal onto the grounds of the air terminal, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code.
