§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 50.01 shall be guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, may be fined not less than $500 and not more than $1,000.
   (C)   (1)   Any person committing a violation of §§ 50.15 through 50.23 shall be fined a sum of not less than $100 and not greater that $2,500 per violation. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 50.15 through 50.23.
      (2)   Any person found to be in violation of any provision of §§ 50.15 through 50.23 may, in addition to any fines, be assessed all costs and expenses of the clean-up and removal of solid waste connected with the violation and shall, in addition, be liable for all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the county in the enforcement of §§ 50.15 through 50.23.
