§ 50.23 APPLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

(A) This subchapter shall apply to the entirety of the county. All portions of former ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed or superseded.

(B) This subchapter shall be in full force and effect immediately upon and after its adoption and publication as required by law.
