§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless otherwise indicated, any person violating any section or any provision of §§ 91.01, 91.02, 91.15 or 91.16 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than 50 nor more than $750 for each offense.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who shall fail to comply with the provisions of § 91.02(F) within five days after being notified to do so by the Superintendent of Public Works of the village, shall be deemed guilty of a violation of § 91.02(F) and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor exceeding $750 for each offense, and such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate and distinct offense for each day during which the person violates, refuses, fails or neglects to comply with the requirements of this section. Any such fine not paid within the time permitted by law shall, upon proper recording thereof, become a lien upon the premises.
      (2)   The person so failing to discontinue the nuisance set forth in § 91.02(G), shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750, and each and every day the failure shall continue shall be considered and held a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person found to have violated § 91.04 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this section.
   (E)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 91.30 or 91.31 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense.
