§ 91.04 EXCESSIVE NOISE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and declared a nuisance for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any excessive, unnecessary or unusually loud noise or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace or safety of others within the village.
   (B)   It shall be declared a nuisance for any person to keep or harbor any dog, cat or any other animal which by barking, howling, bawling or by any other noises, shall disturb the peace and quiet of any family, individual or neighborhood.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to emergency vehicles operating on official business nor to municipal employees acting within the scope of their official duties.
