§ 91.01 NUISANCES DEFINED.
   It shall be a nuisance:
   (A)   To cause or suffer the carcass of any animal, or any offal, filth or noisome substance to be collected, deposited or to remain in any place in the village;
   (B)   To obstruct or impede, without legal authority, the passage of any navigable river or other stream or streams;
   (C)   To obstruct or encroach upon public streets or alleys or private ways;
   (D)   To erect, continue or use any building or other place for the exercise of any trade, employment or manufacture, which, by occasioning noxious exhalations, offensive smells, or otherwise, is offensive or dangerous to the health of individuals or of the public; and/or
   (E)   To allow or permit any condition or use of premises or of building exteriors which is detrimental to the property of others, or which causes or tends to cause substantial diminution in the value of other property in the neighborhood in which such premises are located, or which may, directly or indirectly, endanger, injure or impair the health or life of any person.
   (F)   To cause, allow, keep or permit an outdoor, unattended donation drop box for clothes and/or other personal items to be placed or kept on property, except as provided in § 91.02 of this code.
