GENERAL PROVISIONS
For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC PARK
shall be construed to refer to municipally owned or municipally maintained parks, whether located wholly within, wholly without, or partly within and partly without, the corporate limits.

The hours of operation for all town parks, with the exception of the J. Russell Kellahan Recreation Center, including the recreation path leading from Brooks Street into the recreation center, shall operate from sunup to sundown and no person shall be present or utilize any of the parks from the time the sun goes down until the time the sun comes up the next morning except for scheduled activities at the J. Russell Kellahan Recreation Center or by written permission from the town.
