(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 70.99.
(B) Any person violating the provision of § 72.07 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of $25. Each two-hour period shall constitute a separate offense.
