(A) No person shall park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel thereto, headed in the direction of traffic and with the curbside wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway, unless otherwise provided by ordinance.

(B) All vehicles parked in areas in which parking spaces have been marked off or designated shall be parked entirely within a single space.
