§ 51.26 ILLEGAL RECONNECTION WHEN SERVICE IS DISCONTINUED FOR NONPAYMENT.
   It shall be unlawful to reconnect water or sewer service or to continue to use such service when it has been discontinued for nonpayment of a bill for service, until such bill has been paid in full, including a reconnection fee as provided in § 51.42 hereof.
