For the purposes of this article and the provisions contained in this article, the swimming pool located in the city park on the east side of Main Street and south of the Ninnescah River and the buildings, structures, enclosures and facilities surrounding the swimming pool and the approaches thereto, together with all facilities used in connection therewith, together with any other swimming pool or swimming pools that may be established by the city, whether located in the park or elsewhere, including the buildings, structures, enclosures and facilities surrounding the swimming pool and the approaches thereto, together with all facilities used in connection therewith, is included within the term
CITY SWIMMING POOL.

The ownership, management, control, preservation and operation of the facilities known as city swimming pool shall be under the control of the governing body of the city, and such agents, servants, employees and managers as may be designated from time to time by the governing body; and the governing body may, from time to time, prescribe rules and regulations for the use, operation and management of the facilities known as city swimming pool. It shall be the duty of all persons coming upon the premises so designated as city swimming pool, or in using the same, to conform to and abide by any and all such rules and regulations so established.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to enter upon the premises designated as the city swimming pool, or to avail himself, herself or themselves of the privilege of the facilities, except in accordance with the rules and regulations established for the use of the facilities, or to enter upon the premises or to use the facilities at any time, or in any manner, except during the hours when the duly constituted agents of the city are present and in charge of the operations of the city swimming pool facilities.

It is unlawful for any person or person to trespass upon, injure, damage or destroy any property constituting a part of the facilities designated as the city swimming pool, or to place any article or substance of filth in, upon or about the city swimming pool.

For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARK RACE. The old Grosvenor mill race as now existing, including the dam in the Ninnescah River where the water is diverted into the race and the entire course of the race through the city to and inclusive of the waste gate and tail race back into the Ninnescah River.
RIVERSIDE PARK LAKES. Any and all artificial lakes and ponds now in the Riverside Park or that may be hereafter constructed or built within Riverside Park excepting the swimming pool and other pools built for the purpose of bathing and swimming.

It is unlawful for any person, except duly authorized agents or employees of the city, to in any way interfere with or molest the same in the Ninnescah River, the race or the waste gate dam at the east end of the race, or in any way interfere with the flow of water over the dam or through the waste gate, or to in any way interfere with or molest boards or other contrivances for the regulation or control of the water in the park race, or in any way interfere with or molest any boards or other contrivances for the regulation or control of the waste in Riverside Park lakes or any other ponds or lakes as defined in this article that may be hereafter constructed in Riverside Park.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to interfere with or in any way molest any property belonging to the city or others, upon or adjacent to the park race and the Riverside Park lakes or any other ponds or lakes that may be hereafter constructed herein.
