§ 51.042 COSTS AND EXPENSES OF INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWER; INDEMNIFICATION.
   All costs and expense incident to the installation and connection of the original building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city for any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer or subsequent repairs or replacement of the same. Structural damage or structural failure of the private sanitary sewer service lateral subsequent to original installation, as it may occur within the right-of-way, shall be repaired or replaced by the city in accordance with this chapter, and as may be further delineated by city policy.
