§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 70.02 shall be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.990(2)(a).
   (C)   A penalty, in the form of a $20 fine, is hereby imposed for each violation of the provisions of § 70.04, 70.05, 70.06, 70.07, 70.08, 70.10, and 70.11.
   (D)   A penalty, in the form of a $30 fine, is hereby imposed for each violation of § 70.09.
   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 70.10 (B) shall be fined the sum of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each designated handicapped parking space for which there is not a proper sign shall be considered a separate offense.
   (F)   If the fine levied pursuant to subsections (C), (D)and (E) above is paid in full within 72 hours of the time of the issuance of the citation, a credit of $5 shall be deducted from the fine.
   (G)   Any person violating any provision of § 70.12, or any lawful order, rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to it, may be issued a citation by the County Police, Sheriff or any duly authorized official; and upon conviction, shall pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100.
   (H)   Each day's violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
