§ 70.06 MANNER OF PARKING
   (A)   It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation operating or being responsible for the operation of any automobile, truck, or other vehicle to park on a roadway or permit the vehicle to be parked or left standing on a roadway so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 38 feet from the center line from any street intersection, or so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than seven feet from a mailbox, either side of any intersection of any driveway that intersects any street or public way of the County, or so that the nearest part of the vehicle is less than 15 feet to any fire hydrant.
   (B)   It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation which parks or leaves standing any automobile or other vehicle to park or leave the vehicle standing in such a manner that the vehicle is facing in a direction other than the direction of traffic flow on the side of the street on which the vehicle is parked or left standing.
   (C)   It shall be a violation for any person, firm or corporation operating or being responsible for the operation of any automobile, truck, or other vehicle to park on a roadway or permit the vehicle to be parked or left standing on a roadway in any cul-de-sac, turnaround or such that any part of the vehicle is within five feet of the beginning point of curvature in any cul-de-sac or turnaround.
