§ 70.05 PARKING IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS PROHIBITED.

It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation to park or permit to be parked or to leave standing any automobile, truck, bus, or other vehicle operated or owned by them or under their control in any location designated as a prohibited parking area by the Kenton County Fiscal Court, and/or as defined under ROADWAY in § 70.03.
