The First Ward shall consist of the following territory: commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Columbus Street in the City; thence south with the center of Main Street to the south corporation line; then in a northeasterly direction with the corporation line, to the east line of such corporation; thence northerly, following the east line of such corporation to the center of Columbus Street; thence west with the center of Columbus Street to the place of beginning.
