The Second Ward shall consist of the following territory: commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Columbus Street in the City; thence easterly with the center of Columbus Street to the east line of the corporation; thence northerly, following the east line of the corporation to the north line thereof; thence westerly, following the north line of the corporation to the center of Main Street; thence southerly with the center of Main Street to the place of beginning.
