The Fourth Ward shall consist of the following territory: commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Columbus Street in the City; thence west with the center of Columbus Street to where the same intersects Lima Street; thence west with the center of Lima Street to the west line of the corporation; thence southerly, following the west line of the corporation to the southwest corner thereof; thence in a general southeasterly direction, following the south corporation line to the center of Main Street; thence northerly with the center of Main Street to the place of beginning.
