The Third Ward shall consist of the following territory: commencing at the center of the intersection of Main Street and Columbus Street in the City; thence northerly with the center of Main Street to the north line of the corporation; thence westerly, following the north line of the corporation to the west line of the corporation; thence southerly, following the west line of the corporation to the center of Lima Street; thence east with the center of Lima Street to where the same intersects Columbus Street; thence east with the center of Columbus Street to the place of beginning.
