1438.01 BOUNDARIES.
   The fire limits of the City shall be co-extensive with the limits of the following described territory lying within the City: beginning at the intersection of the north line of Ohio Street and the north-south track of the Penn-Central Railroad; thence with such Railroad roadbed north to the south line of Columbus Street; thence east along such south line of Columbus Street to the east line of Market Street; thence north with such east line of Market Street to the south line of Carroll Street; thence east along such south line of Carroll Street to the west line of Wayne Street; thence south along such west line of Wayne Street to the north line of Ohio Street; thence west along such north line of Ohio Street to the place of beginning.

1438.02 REQUIRED MATERIALS FOR STRUCTURES OVER TEN FEET HIGH.
   No person shall erect or cause to be erected, place or cause to be placed, in any square or half-square within the territory described in Section 1438.01, any building or addition to any building more than ten feet high, unless all the outer walls of such building or addition to a building more than ten feet high are entirely made and constructed of iron, stone, brick and mortar, or some of them.
