Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined, for the first offense not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and for each subsequent offense not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
