167.01 CHAIRPERSON AND SECRETARY.
   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Former Section 167.01 which designated the City Manager and Director of Service as chairperson and secretary of the Planning Commission respectively, by virtue of their offices, has been superseded by an amendment to Section 8.04 of the City Charter, approved by the voters June 7, 1977, which removed the City Manager and Director of Service from membership on the Planning Commission.)
