§ 92.03 MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION, CAPACITY AND LOCATION OF CONTAINERS.
   (A)   Separate containers, adequate in number and readily accessible outside of any building upon the premises, shall be provided and maintained on each occupied premises within the village, and shall be of the following materials, construction and capacity.
      (1)   Containers for garbage, household rubbish and miscellaneous rubbish shall be of metal or other durable material, shall have a capacity of not less than 20 nor more than 40 gallons, and shall be provided with close fitting covers and with handles for carrying.
      (2)   Except as hereinafter provided, containers for yard waste shall be disposable, biodegradable, 30-gallon, two-ply, 50 pound super wet strength paper bags. Branches smaller than 36 inches in length and three and one-half inches in diameter shall be packaged in bundles measuring no larger than 12 inches in diameter and securely tied with twine or other biodegradable material.
      (3)   Containers for recyclables shall be as approved by the village from time to time.
   (B)   An enclosure may be used to hide and protect the containers, provided it is unlocked and accessible at all times to the person employed or licensed to remove the contents of the containers, and provided that containers for yard waste are placed at the appropriate collection point (curbside or alley) at the time specified in § 92.05(B).
