§ 50.25  REQUESTS FOR WASTEWATER SERVICE EXTENSION.
   From and after the effective date of this subchapter, any property owner, or owners, desiring wastewater service shall apply in writing to the Town Board requesting the extension of wastewater service. No request for the extension of services shall be considered unless submitted in writing in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
