§ 50.45 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of §§ 50.47 through 50.55, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER. Any water user not included within the definition of RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER, including but not limited to those individuals, businesses or institutions subject to the village excise (tourist) tax.
   DEMAND AND AVAILABILITY CHARGE. The rate or charge related to the fixed and indirect cost and expenses attributable to the operation of the village water system, which costs include but are not limited to such things as debt retirement, interest, insurance, testing, professional services, administrative expenses and such other costs and expenses necessary to insure the availability of and capacity or demand for water are met.
   RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER. A single family dwelling consisting of a separately identifiable cooking, toilet and sleeping facility under common ownership of land, building or other structures, regardless of whether such dwelling is contained in or is a part of a single or multi-family building, apartment, condominium, attached residence or planned unit development.
