§ 50.47 SINGLE METER SERVING MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
   In the event that more than one residential customer is furnished water through a single common meter, the billing of water supplied through a meter shall be calculated as though an equal and proportionate amount of the total metered water was supplied each residential customer so serviced, and each such residential customer is obligated for the applicable demand and availability charge and metered water rate as defined in § 50.01 for the apportioned supply of water provided; except, however, multiple adjacent or connected residential facilities under common ownership of structures and land, and which are supplied water through a common meter issued to the owner of such multiple facilities shall be billed and obligated as a single customer.
