17.12.020: LAND USE TABLE; APPLICATION FEES:
A listing of allowed and conditional uses is found in table 1 of this section. If the land use is not listed in table 1 of this section, a determination as to the appropriate classification of a new or unlisted form of land use shall be made according to procedures found in section 17.52.040 of this title.
Application fees as established by the City Council shall be paid by the applicant at the time the application is submitted to the Planning Office.
The following depicts the official uses for the zoning districts of the City of Kamiah. The Administrator shall interpret the appropriate district for land uses not specifically mentioned by determining the district in which similar uses are permitted. When several combined land uses exist, or are proposed, the most intensive land use shall be considered as the primary activity.
