12.08.010: WHEELS INJURIOUS TO PAVEMENT 2 :
It shall be unlawful for tractors with wheels injurious to pavement to be permitted upon the public thoroughfares unless the operator of such vehicle shall first plank such streets. (Prior code §6-130)
