1440.02 SCOPE OF AUTHORITY.

The Bureau of Codes Enforcement and Health of the Department of Community and Economic Development shall be headed by the Codes Administrator, who shall administer and enforce the provisions of all applicable codes and ordinances referred to in Section 1440.01.
